How do I use the site?

What does it cost?

  • This a free service, teams can post job openings within the Job Portal at www.eliteprospects.com; providing never before seen access to potential players from Europe and North America.

So how do you make money?

  • Through premium services

  • Player Agent Membership

  • Player resources such as performance analytics

How do I know the team is who they say they are?

  • We verify all our teams by passport and identity verification, as well as person to person communication with our staff.

What happens when I find a team I like?

  • You'll be able to apply and/or message for the playing opportunity. At that point you will have the opportunity to accept the team's offer and move through an 8 step process to secure the playing opportunity and arrive at a date of the teams choosing.

I've applied to a team, what's next?

  • The team is notified that you have applied to their playing opportunity. The team then has an opportunity to accept or decline the application.

How many jobs can I apply to?

  • As a player you can apply to as many playing opportunities as you wish. You should only apply to postings you are suited for within your playing experience. You can see the league, potential salary, and any other information the team has entered.

What does a salary with a + mean?

  • This means that the salary is within a specific range. The number within the job posting is the minimum possible salary available. There is the opportunity to earn more than the minimum should the team see player value.

How are travel arrangements made?

  • Travel arrangements are made within the 8 step process. Itineraries are uploaded directly into the system.

Is there a contract negotiation involved?

  • Teams send the contract to the player through the portal. If the player likes the contract he has the opportunity to accept, decline, message or request a call to discuss the offer.

Why can't I see the team I have applied to?

  • Postings are confidential. Once you have applied to a playing opportunity and the team accepts the player, the player will then be able to see what team he has applied to.

Do I have to change or drop my agent?

  • No, although if your application is accepted by the specific team you have applied for they are required to use the portal to complete your contract signing. Further to this, Agents can register and tag you as a Client to apply on your behalf.

How do I change my travel arrangements?

  • Once travel arrangements are sent to you, you have the option to accept, decline, message or request a call to discuss them with the team.

How do I know the player is who he says he is?

  • We verify all our players by passport and identity verification. Although, we still recommend verification by the Team via video conference or further ID verification prior to completing a contract.

What if I don't want other teams to know about my needs?

  • Postings are confidential. Players can see the league, potential salary, and any other information the team has entered, but will not have access to the team until the team accepts the player's application and/or makes an offer.

What happens when I find a player I like?

  • You'll be able to accept the player's application and move through an 8 step process to secure the player and have them arrive at a date of your choosing.

Can I negotiate with the player?

  • Upon accepting a player's application and sending an offer you are able to message, or schedule a call with that player.
